Consultation for the project included:

  • Notification of study commencement to agencies and stakeholders on June 23, 2013 and to First Nation and Métis Communities June 27, 2013
  • Follow-up correspondence was mailed to property owners on April 28, 2016, to external agencies and MPPs on May 3, 2016, and to First Nation and Métis Communities on June 12, 2016 to provide additional details regarding the proposed improvements
  • Requests for permission to access property were mailed on April 28, 2016 to property owners immediately adjacent to those culverts that required an archaeological assessment
  • Responses to all comments received

This website provided an opportunity for anyone interested in Project 4 improvements to submit comments at any time. There were no significant concerns identified during the study, and all comments and questions received were considered and responses were provided, where appropriate.
