In addition to the letter of study commencement that was provided on June 21, 2013 for the overall project, follow-up correspondence will be provided to Agencies, Stakeholders and Indigenous and Métis Communities that may be interested in the improvements associated with Project 5 to notify them that the study has been initiated and provide additional details related to the proposed improvements. Property owners immediately adjacent to the culvert sites will also be provided notification of the project and an opportunity to submit comments.
Comments are welcome at any time throughout the study; however, we encourage you to submit your initial comments as early as possible so that they can be considered and incorporated during the design process.
